Arbitration Information

Federal regulations require interstate household-goods movers to offer a neutral arbitration program for the settlement of certain disputes that cannot be resolved directly with the carrier.

If you have a dispute related to your move that we have not been able to resolve, contact us first at (312) 766-6683 or wemove@yellowtruckmoving.com. If the matter is not resolved, information about the applicable arbitration program will be provided as required by law and included with your moving paperwork.
