Do you bring all materials?
Yes — pads, shrink wrap, tape, and floor protection are included on every residential job. Boxes can be added with our packing service.
Can you reserve the freight elevator?
We coordinate with you on building requirements but the elevator reservation typically needs to come from the resident with the building's management office.
Are stairs extra?
Stair flights can affect time on the job. We'll discuss this up front in your quote so there are no surprises.
